Paul has been involved with the development,
design, and project management of the following projects:
Water Systems:

Benedum
Airport Projects: These
projects, beginning in 1968 and continuing until 1999, have included almost
the entire development of Benedum Airport, including Phase I of the
Mid-Atlantic Aerospace Complex and the recently completed $31,500,000 runway
extension project. Other projects are itemized in detail on HBE's Benedum Airport

Sewer
Systems: Over the past
40 years, sewer projects, including line extensions in Bridgeport,
Clarksburg, Nutter Fort, Shinnston, Benedum Airport and various subdivisions
have been completed.
Miscellaneous: Paul was responsible for the design and
overall project management of the WV Air National Guard project at Benedum
Airport. This $7,000,000 project included a 37,200 ft training facility
hangar, with flexible and rigid paving for aircraft parking, new taxiway
access to the main runway, all supporting utilities, drainage structures and
a new highway access road from U.S. Route 50. Other projects include design
of a portion of U.S. Rt. 279 (a by-pass connecting I-79 to U.S. Rt. 50), coal
property evaluations, parking lots for the City of Clarksburg, and
feasibility reports for various clients, both public and private.
