Hornor Brothers Engineers also provides complete engineering services for the development of industrial parks and residential subdivisions. The Lewis County Industrial Park, Benedum Airport Industrial Park, Midway Industrial Park, Tygart Glen Subdivision in Barbour County, and Catalpa Heights Subdivision in Harrison County are examples of completed projects where Hornor Brothers Engineers staked out the lots and designed the streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, water and sewer systems for the industrial or residential client.

As was mentioned earlier, the company has been involved in the development of numerous other subdivisions around the Harrison County area. Sometimes this requires the complete turnkey services described above, and in other cases just the layout of lots or the design of water and wastewater systems.
